Early access is not a contract

Asking for early access does not promise you a place, a date, a price, or a particular feature. We may onboard teams in any order, change the plan, or stop early access altogether. Anything on this site about pricing or capability is subject to change until it is in a signed agreement.

What is on the site

Product screens shown on this site are illustrations, labelled as such, and are not recordings of a live workspace. Any figure we quote from someone else is linked to its source.

The site, its text, its artwork and the SpareBrains name belong to SpareBrains Inc. You may link to it and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Questions about them can come to us the same way as privacy questions, described in the privacy notice.
