SpareBrains Inc runs this website. This notice covers the one place the site collects anything about you: the early-access form. It is written to describe what the site actually does today, not what it might do later.
What we collect
If you fill in the early-access form, we receive the work email address you type, the team size you pick, and the optional note about what you would hand off first. Nothing else on the site asks you for anything.
Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs for requests to the site, including IP addresses, which we also hold briefly in memory to stop one address from flooding the form.
What we do not collect
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixels, and loads no third-party scripts. It does not profile you, build an advertising audience, or follow you to other sites. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you submit the form.
Why we use it
To reply to you about early access, and to decide the order in which we onboard teams. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else to market to you.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider processes requests to the site on our behalf. Sign-ups are passed to the tool we use to keep the early-access list, which stores them for us and does not use them for its own purposes. Beyond that, only people working on SpareBrains see your details.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, and if the company is ever sold or merged, the early-access list would pass to the buyer under this same notice.
How long we keep it
Until early access closes and we have finished contacting the list, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for the short period our hosting provider retains them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you, and we will do it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for people at work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we start collecting anything else, we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
